‘Stealth environmentalism’: A friend recently wrote about the new “stealth environmentalism” in which NIMBY critics crusade against a policy under the guise of protecting the environment, when what they’re really trying to protect is property values. There’s a lot to be said against the proposed “wind farm” off of Nantucket. But this piece is classic stealth environmentalism.
