Smoking ban compromise?: Forget it. The health Nazis have backed themselves into a corner and can’t compromise without looking like fools. So a smoking ban in Boston restaurants and bars looks like it’s going to be approved by the city’s health commission. Nevertheless, there are two interesting items in this morning's oped by Frank Bell: A.) a hint that a legal battle could break out if the commission OKs the ban and.
