More housing, good deal: A compromise has been reached on the 28-story Liberty Place apartment project -- and so it appears more than 400 housing units will be built near Chinatown. Think about it: Four-hundred units. The deal doesn’t cover another controversial apartment project for the same area, but it bodes well for the project and the city.
