So it was Dr. Phil's motorcade that I saw on Cambridge Street just prior to the Fourth concert? ... If so, it was indeed bigger than a presidential motorcade -- and I'd like to know why police felt compelled to escort it with blaring sirens, honking horns and forcing motorists to the side. Via Dan.
