Sadness
The only word -- the only mood -- that jumped to mind while reading about President Bush's speech today was sadness. He may have read about Lincoln's inspiring determination, graciousness, humility, insight and eloquence about to how to persevere and bind a nation's wounds in order to push forward. But Congressional elections are Congressional elections. ...
