'Troopers squawk'
Mostly agree with Carpundit about State Police brass setting down new ticket quotas. But it's not the 'tax' part that gets me. It's taking away the flexibility of troopers to use common sense and common decency when dealing with fellow citizens. I hope the grunt Staties succeed in pushing back. ...
