Going for the title, Part II
UMass lost twice last night: to Appalachian State and itself. The students managed to resurrect an old stereotype that the school has long struggled to shed. But don't worry: the team has turned me into a fan -- and the school need not worry about a tarnished image due to the post-game antics. A Nobel Prize still trumps 900 drunks. ... The game last night was only so-so. Appalachian State just slowly wore down the Minutemen.
