Of course a variation of Andrew Sullivan's boasting that he belately realized Bush was a fool before others realized he was a fool are blog posts like this. It completely distorts Tom Friedman's pre-invasion views, which were full of doubts, warnings, criticisms and grudging support for the war. Sort of like yours truly. But I suppose some people just have that righteous 'sahal' gene chip in them that requires total argumentative annihilation. ...
