'Loathed, mocked and despised'
For many Americans, it's hard to understand why Tony Blair is so unpopular in Britain. Reading this op-ed, it occurred to me that for many Americans, it's hard to understand why Mitt Romney is so unpopular in Massachusetts. ... Some politicians you just have to see up close, day after day, week after week, to grasp the 'embarrassingly transparent and shamelessly insincere.' ... But it's not all Tony and Mitt's fault. Brits love to hate their politicians even more than Bostonians love to hate their politicians. ...
