look at the growing 'celebrity-chef culture.' ... I have a confession: I don't mind Rachael Ray. There are a lot of busy people out there who want to cook regularly and cook reasonably well. Rachael Ray's 30-minute spiel is merely the first step toward eating better. Or as one French chef is quoted as saying:
