'Plot unfolds'
This is very scary stuff. I hope it's bogus. But such a plot is sadly not unthinkable. Via John Daley, who's in Denver during the DNC and who blogged about this last night. ... Quickie thoughts on last night's speech by Teddy: The speech was almost unbearable. Not because of what he said or how he said it. But because the Kennedy relatives, when the TV cameras panned to them during the speech, looked like they were about to cry. They know this could be Ted's last hurrah. It was tough to watch them, especially Maria Shriver. ...
Update -- U.S. Attorney Troy Eid: "We're absolutely confident there is no credible threat to the candidate, the Democratic National Convention, or the people of Colorado." ... Thank goodness.
