An apology? Part II
Rupert issues a more forceful apology for the cartoon. It still has that who-felt-offended caveat, but a publisher's apology on top of an apology is usually a sign of: 1.) He isn't impressed with the handling of the entire matter. 2.) He's feeling heat. ... Not exactly a good environment to be insulting a large swath of your readership.
