'Sure Valentine's Day is February 14, but ...'
Bert has a built-in advantage over other guys who scramble every Feb. 14: He gives flowers to Mrs. Noternie on Groundhog's Day. I'll let him explain. He also raves about a local flower shop that made him look like a romantic hero.
