Surprising source of support for Obama's plan. ... My only reservation is that it's got to be part of a larger international agreement. We'll be at a competitive disadvantage if Canadian, British, Swiss, German, Japanese, Chinese banks etc. are allowed to consolidate as global giants while U.S. banks are held back.
