Hmmm. I'm torn. Maybe we should opt for the less ambitious “solar-powered irrigation systems and mango processing facilities” after moving the “population and industry away from the teeming, ravaged capital.” … It’ll all be settled at an upcoming U.N. aid conference on Haiti.
