slightly increasing or
slightly falling in polls, Deval seems to be back to where he’s been over the past eight months or so when all the polls are averaged out: Hovering around 40 percent and depending heavily on a split opposition. … The latest numbers have to be a minor disappointment for Deval, who seemed to be catching some spring momentum before the latest batch of poll data came out.
